Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Dedicated Server, VPS Plans and RDP Plans

- No refunds are given on our Dedicated Server, VPS Plans and RDP Plans. Our plans require a minimum contract period which is one month. We will not issue pro-rated refunds for payments received in the middle of a payment cycle or one month contract. Receipt by you of any Services in a given period will obligate you to pay for the Services during that entire billing period. If you terminate a contract before the completion of the minimum contract period, you will be responsible for all recurring fees and charges for the contract period, plus any usage-based charges up to the time of termination.

- We may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and without notice upon any breach by You of any of the terms of this Agreement. In such event, We shall have no obligation to refund any fees paid in advance by You.

Refund Policy for Renewals

- Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if we are notified within the first 3 days following renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.

VPS Refund Policy

- All VPS services are provided by HiTech Solutions Company Limited are eligible for a limited refund. And we require you have conditions to request refund:

Refund covers the VPS plan itself, and does not include control panel addon services such as cPanel, ...
We only process refund request in 3 days after receiving your payment and only apply on first service of new client.
If you already received a refund on the 3-day-money-back policy you will not receive a refund on subsequent orders.
Processing fee is NONE REFUNDABLE.
Services that have utilized 10% or more of their allotted bandwidth are not eligible for refunds.
Services that are suspended or terminated due to non-compliance of the AUP and TOS are not eligible for refunds.
Bulk buy is not available to request a refund. You should buy 1 VPS to make a test before buying many VPSes.
Refund request will be applied and processed when service is STOPPED (running service cant be applied).
